I'd heard and read that some of the monks that were "out-front" with the public regarding the Master Plan to bring the body to Mt. Washington had left shortly before the cancellation of that "project."

But you've said 25 or 50 have left in the last 6 months. Are you sure? If so, why? Is this unusual, this many leaving in so short a pace of time?

Is there some fundamental problem with the order/organization that has caused this exodus as you've implied? What is it, if you know.
