This hall is used for banquets, ceremonies, parties, and the such. This is also where the elections are held, meaning the voting machines are here. Also, there is are Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners sold here. Occasionally there will be a fish fry or crawfish boil held here, where if you pay a certain amount, you can eat all day if you want.
