I think it's great that you keep yourself in shape and then strut your stuff on the beach...more power to you! Although I'm 47, I also try to keep myself in shape by playing hockey and I also do lots of bike riding. I sustained an injury that has stopped me from weight training for the time being, but I hope to get back to it in time to tone up by the time beach weather rolls around. As for Doré thongs, I only have her low-cut and very low-cut models, but I have a sheer white Koala thong 'Sheer Insanity' that becomes absolutely invisible when wet. I'm aiming to wear it to the beach this year. Of course I'll have to go in the water to rinse off the precum that will inevitably flow!
