i recomend kraig's book 100% without doubt, although cheesey at points it is a structured study of magick which requires patients and perceverance. I believe that once you study someone elses methods and definitions of magick you can then begin to make your own judgments. Not to say his book is the definitve one on the subject but its a beginers bible of magick!
