i do 1000 of the following:

pushups
situps
crunches
squats
pullups
chinups
one arm pushups
pushups on each of my fingers
kicks
punches

then i run 100 laps around the world

then i meditate for 5 hours

then i bench press 2000 lbs

then i spar with roshi for 5 hours non stop
