i do 1,000 inverted one handed poshups on each arm. then i do 1,000 situps hanging upside down from a tree. i then rest for an hour and then i run 5 times around the world. at the end of that i fly 30 times around the world. ithen rest for a half hour. after that i shoot 55 ki blasts into the icey montins of the soth poal. i rest for 2 hours then i repeat the proses 1 more time.
