Subject: trainin in the htc

i do 1000 of the following at my max pl

pushups
situps
crunches
squats
pullups
chinups

then i run the length of the world in the htc 100 times non stop then i do the same thing but i fly it

then i rest for a hour

then i do 1000 kicks
then i do 1000 punches
then i do 1000 vertical pushups
then i do 1000 vertical pushups on each of my fingers
then i practice all of my moves for 5 hours

then i meditate for 5 hours

then i bench press 1000 pounds

then i millitary press 1000 pounds for 5 more hours

then i rest for a little while
