for my training i do 5,000 pushups. 1,000 situps and run 15 laps around the world . wile i'm doing this i'm wereing 100lb's on my back and 20lb shews. i then rest for 30 minates. after that i fly arond the world 33 times then i fly to the montins of the south poal. i pracktis my kie atacks in the icey montins. i do the kie atck 55 times. then i rest for 1 hour. i practice my kicks and puntches for 2 houers and then i meditate for 1 hour. i repeat the proses 1 more time.
