i start by putting on a 75lb waight on my back. i do 10,000 one handed virtical pushups and i do it on boath hands. i then do 10,000 situps hanging upsidedown from a tree. i then meditate for an hour. then i run around the wourld 75 times. after that i fly around the wourld 1,000,000 times. i then fly to the south poal and practice my ki blasts on the moutins. i fier 100 of em. then i fly back home and rest for 1 and a 1/2 hours. then i repeat the proses 3 more times.
