i do 5000 of the following with 500lbs weights on every part of my body

pushups
situps
crunches
pullups
punches
kicks
backflips
frontflips
squats
pullups
chin ups

then i run 10 laps around the world
after that i rest for a hour

then i do 2500 of the following:

curlups
butterfly curlups
vertical pushups on each of my fingers

then i meditate for the rest of the day
