No!

1) Matter means "physical substance," Mass is the "quantity of matter"

2) My physical body is matter. My entire body is a mass of matter

3) Saying, "matter and energy are neither created nor destroyed" is the direct opposite of saying, "Mass can be created nor destroyed."
