Please read the scriptures from the source, the Bible.
Lk 16:16 says "untill" john, "since" that time. the law from Moses to John was to be followed. after John is Jesus and his grace. Jesus continues, and everyone is "pressing" into it. greek meaning for pressing is to force, to crowd into. Paul isnt saying the law is over, its fulfilled in Christ. from Moses to John all we had was the law, after john, Jesus is saying everyone is being forced, crowded into a new era, through Jesus a relationship with a loving God through grace.
Pauls storys,
if you read the two accounts, in Acts 26:13-16 Paul is talking as you can tell by the use of "I" and "me"
Acts 9:3-9, someone else is telling Pauls story by the use of " He" and "Him"
In second Peter 3:15- 18
the whole chapter 3 is talking about Gods promise of returning that day will come as a thief in the night <10> so if you read what Peter is really saying in verse 15 - 18 is to be steadfast and dont be drawn away
