God created man in the image of God. When man tries to make God in his image, he falls short. God is the author and finisher of our faith, through Christ. God hates a proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood. He truly would have us make Christ central to our living and become one in agreement as Christ and the Father are in agreement. The Holy Ghost confirms agreement between man and God and speaks to us of Christ. The testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy. Paul gives a true and righteous testimony of Jesus and thus is for Christ. Yes, it took conversion, Saul became Paul. Is that not what Christ wants from all of us? We must put off the natural man and become a saint through Christ.
