The author of Acts is traditionally identified as Luke the Evangelist, a disciple of Saul of Tarsus. 55% of the New Testament was written by Saul of Tarsus. The Bible we know today was collated by the pagan Roman emperor Constantine the Great. Be careful of what you believe "The Word".
