I am from Singapore and have read a news report recently that says Ruby is more popular in Hong Kong and China than Zhao Wei. First few lines of the report says that Ruby's position in Hong Kong and China is now much stronger than Zhao Wei, and this can be seen from the thousands who rush to meet her every time she is in HK or China. I personally feel that Ruby's overall qualities are better than Zhao Wei and she would have a brighter future than her. Even the China's news reporters and experts said taht Ruby's performance at the CCTV's Lunar New Year Concert was more outstanding than Zhao Wei. Even Dicky Cheung who just acted with Ruby in a TV serial in Beijing where Ruby acted as Princess, said her acting is very good! Even the Taiwan producer of this TV serial also said that Ruby's abilities are stronger than Zhao Wei, and that Qiong Yao should give her more opportunities instead of to Zhao Wei all the time.

I find Hong Kong's news reporters not professional, they like to create trouble by comparing one artiste against another, and write things that are not true. My auntie from Hong Kong told me that the reporters used to create trouble amongst the four Heavenly Kings when they were new, writing good things about this one, bad things about that one.
