In reply to: any idiot knows, or SHOULD know, that 's message, "an IA complaint is not a a roaming dog complaint,, it's more sensitive, somewhat confidential, by its' veru y nature up, or should be,.... until a trial, that is! Or it's supposed to be, Oh, I forgoit, I was in Chicago, that big , bad, CORRUPT, CROOK-ED CITY!" on 20:54:18 01/10/03 Fri

Until trial?

At what point will you understand that no matter how many times you call it in and despite whatever spin you put on it to attempt to spice it up, it's not against the law in any state and it violates no departmental rules or regulations to bid on an auction?

If the actions of those who bid on the same item as you are so distressing and alarming, why hasn't everyone who's ever bid against you been turned in to their employer or complained about to ebay? What about when you up a bid on someone else? Aren't you causing that person distress and alarm?

And a person is not forced to prove a need for the particular item prior to bidding on it. You don't own a Chevy police car, therefore you have no reason to bid on two Chevy police car hats. If I knew for sure that there were more people out there as gullible (and stupid) as you, I would auction off the Chevy police hat I got for free from a dealer and make $40 + $5 shipping.

So go ahead and keep complaining. Everyone gets a kick out of reading your complaints. But now I have a question for you. Why did you get so angry at the investigator when he kept asking what police department you worked for? You never did answer the question....
