It all started in a rust stained and oil soaked driveway on SurreyPark Dr in Port Orange a few years ago...

...when an agent from the EPA stopped by to order the 302 powered former taxicab be condemned and removed to the recycling center for proper disposal.

That's when Tarpman made his first appearance and attempted to bribe the EPA agent to let him keep the taxi in exchange for a Toyota Camry and some overpriced broken police lights from ebay

The bribe didn't work because the EPA agent refuses to drive foreign cars and had already outbid the CFM on a Whelen light auction on ebay.
