As previously stated, there are NO ebay guidelines that say someone can't bid against someone else. Whether coincidental or not, it is perfectly acceptable for anyone to bid on anything that is open for auction on the internet. If you bid on it and then someone else bids on it, IT'S JUST NOT ILLEGAL.

Get over it.
