Subject: Wait a second. Now you're saying you've never given a deposition?
In reply to: Well then, 's message, "you never had access to my depo,...probably because I never gave one. Worry about the 2-3 days that I'll be dposing you,M.F. and what will be inYour deposition, you anonymous little coward, geek, shitbird!" on 17:13:14 08/01/03 Fri

Keep in mind Mr. Flabulous that we already know the truth. The date was April 30, 2002. You stated that you had 3 years of undergraduate study at the University of New Haven, CT in police administration and criminal justice. You never mentioned being a police officer or attorney, nor did you mention any degrees.

You would think that a man of your stature as a pillar of the community, 100 Club member, etc., combined with your extensive legal and educational background, then it would only be at minimum a professional courtesy to let the opposing attorney know just what type of lawyer/police lieutenant they were up against, don't you think?

But no, the only thing you said was that at the time of deposition on 4-30-02, you were employed part-time as a security guard for Allied Security in Daytona. You also stated in deposition that you had served in the US Army from 1973 to 1975, obtaining the rank of PFC-E3. In your description of work history, you failed to mention your police experience or law practice.
So this really is what you looked like last year? Wow. Our psychic ability is uncanny, isn't it?

Now do you want to claim you've never given a deposition again? Remember, it's all a matter of public record.
