Mr. Parks, I've been reading postings on this web site and find you quite entertaining. You obviously know nothing about who in the Chicago Police Department investigates complaints about officers. If you have in fact been complaining about decorated Officer reynolds you would know the CPD does not even have an "IAD". It is called something else but I will leave it to you to find out what it is, and who it is staffed by.
You have a knack for slinging around allegations and calling people insulting degrading names. Are you too stupid to realize that the people you alledgedly complain about are printing out your foul-mouthed banterings and showing them to their agencies? Do you honestly think anyone in authority in these agencies would even consider accepting a complaint from a person like you that can't put a sentence together without profanity, mispelling every third word, and threatening bodily harm? If you do Mr. Parks your are truly, unequivically, without any doubt, certifibly mentally challenged and should be housed in a mental health care facility until such time that you are no longer a threat to the general public. So Mr. Parks, stop slinging lies and threats. Check yourself into a mental health facility and get well. Maybe while you're in there they can teach you how to embroider your own hats and shirts. It's better than basket weaving.
