I made one complaint to one agency: Chicago, re: your beloved little, coward, pigmie patrolman Reynolds. I was well within my legal, moral, and ethical rights to do so, as I had irrefutable evidence of him harrassing me, not only on eBay, as a psuedo-named buyer with bogus bids, but in several other instances. He is a police officer and as such he is held to a higher legal, moral and ethical standard than those of the citizenry. Despite what you cowards think, police officers are held to these higher standards both ON, and OFF the job, they don't punch out and go home to harass people, online or otherwise. Fact: Harrassment is a crime in ALL States of the United States. I am NOT in law enforcement any longer, and at the same time, unlike patrolman Reynolds, I have not represented myself on behalf of my employer and, therefore, it is inexcusable and highly unusual, let alone tortious, for any of you imbeciles to go to my employer, who has nothing to do with my legal, moral, and ethical rights as a private citizen to purchase cars, to travel, to file complaints against dirty little pigmie Chicago patrolmen, and the like, and to attempt to compromise my employment and interfere with such employment. "It has nothing to do with your job, Bill!"...Lyn Starr, BellSouth Data Security Group! And that is the bottem line!
