I guess for that $49.95 you paid for the law degree, they didn't give you any actual classroom training, ey? You see, COWARD, being "COMPELLED" is a term used in a court of law. It's when I subpeona any record that I deem necessary for my "prosecution" of YOU. And then when you refuse, the judge COMPELS you to produce after I make a MOTION TO COMPEL.

I know for a fact you ARE under psychiatric care and have been for quite some time. I know a whole lot about you that you will be surprised to learn. Remember, I tried to tell you that I am LICENSED to obtain that information.

So, don't worry about it, it's not going to be up to you to decide whether you want to give up anything, you'll be COMPELLED to do it. And frankly, there are so many things that I am going to subpeona in order to show you are nothing but a WHACK JOB. And, please, let's not even talk about the list of witnesses I will call that are ready, willing and able to testify as to your sanity. You've had quite a few dealings over the years and there are SO MANY people that are waiting to jump at the chance to tell the jury what a nutcase COWARD MF is.

Oh, one other thing, Mr. COWARD MF Lawyer. Have you ever heard of "transfer"? That's right, in Fed Court, a "defendant" can always transfer the case to his/her home court so as to be able to put on a defense without undue burden. Puts the shoe back on the Plaintiff's foot. In fact, I hope your shoes aren't too worn out because you'll be doing quite a bit of travel yourself.

Yup, see you in court. Now hurry up and get on that docket because frankly, we have a lot of unanswered questions (and I really can't wait to see those psychiatric reports)
