Please make sure you tell us all where this trial is going to be. I can't wait to see you take the stand and have to admit you were never a cop, lawyer, or anything else. Remember, Bill, you will be under oath. And the judge isn't going to take a "F%$k YOU MF, I DON'T HAVE TO PROVE ANYTHING TO YOU COWARD" for an answer.

Just think. Some REAL attorney asking you "Mr. Parks, is it true you wrote this?" "Mr. Parks, is it true you accused Mr. Weekly of this?" "And exactly what was your evidence?" "Mr. Parks, did you give a deposition in the case of PARKS,WILLIAM VS HERPEL,DARRIN M. ETAL, Docket Number: CV-99-0335596-S Court Location: Danbury?" "And in that deposition, did you give your work history?" "And where in that work history did you indicate you had worked as a policeman?" "As a constable?" "As a Military policeman?" "As a lawyer?".

And then the REAL attorney for the defense could go on and on. How about "Mr. Parks, all these e mails, all these postings, was it you who was saying that you were actually a retired policeman?" "A constable?" "A lawyer?" "And so Mr. Parks, back in August of 2000, when the people asked you to leave them alone, leave the web site alone, quit saying you were a policeman, quit giving legal advice, did it ever occur to you that you could have disappeared into oblivion, maybe found a chat room somewhere?" "Did you, Mr. Parks, continue with your little charade?" "Insisting that you were a policeman when in fact you've never been?" "So now, Mr. Parks, you sit here in this courtroom and describe how you've been wronged?" You describe how you went after people who had nothing to do with anything, just because you 'thought so'?"

"And Mr. Parks, how many police agencies did you call and complain to?" "And of those people who you complained about, how many of the complaints do you know for a FACT, without a shadow of a doubt, that the recipients of those complaints were actually involved?" "You do KNOW what shadow of a doubt is, do you not?" "And do you know how many officers were disciplined or approached by their superiors because of your actions?" "And so, today, Mr. Parks, sitting here in this courtroom, can you tell me and this jury what the difference is that you would be allowed to contact people's employers but you should be exempt from any contact to your employer?"

"Mr. Parks, you DO understand what an American Citizen is?" "Is a police officer an American Citizen, typically, Mr. Parks?" "Deserving of the same rights as any other citizen?" "And so, as a police officer, off duty, sitting in the comfort of his own home, does he have the same right as any other citizen? You know, free speech, freedom of religion, freedom of movement?"

"Now, we notice here in your post of May 30, 2001 that you say "POLICE HAVE TO LIVE AT A HIGHER STANDARD", correct?" Does this mean you live by a low standard, Mr.Parks?" "Does this mean that when you pin a badge on, you cannot dispute another person while at home on the Internet?"

"Mr. Parks, you said here that you wouldn't bother anyone but police officers in calling their jobs. How many times did you call Corning Glass Company?" "Is Mr. Arnold currently a police officer?" "How many times did you threaten to contact or contact his clients?" "And exactly how many times did you publicly state that Mr. Arnold was a Nazi who operates a 'hate squad'?" "And, since Mr. Arnold operates on the Internet, wouldn't this have been in full view of his clients?".

"Mr. Parks, I will hand you what is marked exhibit 345, do you recognize that?" "That is a public announcement by you stating that Mr. Greg Savernik and Mr. James Duff were defrauding a charity, is that correct?" "Other than what you heard, do you know for a fact that this is true?" "Could it possibly have been untrue?" "Yes, Mr. Parks, I understnad a REAL police Lieutenant told you that but, have you been told other things over the past few years by police officers?" "And yet, you chose to not believe them, correct?" "So what you are saying is that you 'pick and chose' what and who you want to believe, correct?"
