Yeah really, the policy around these parts is at LEAST 11 over, unless it's a construction zone, and even then you can usually drag yourself out of it if your courteous and say "yes sir, no sir, etc"...then again I'd give a ticket to someone who was doing 2 mph over if they were impersonating an officer, driving an old taxi...

Come on Billy, that thing has at least another 100mph in the top end doesn't it??? But then again 20 over would be reckless driving, and then they'd arrest you, and impound that thing, and you'd get shuttled across the U.S. on a legal tour, and the taxi would get sold for $50 and turned into scap.
