Please see attached letter from one William Parks of Port Orange, Florida, contained within you will see he loudly and proudly proclaims on several occasion to be evading the tax system of the state of Florida. He has stated the price he pays per raw item, and I would there-by figure he is making a profit of about $15 per hat & t-shirt. He has been engaging in said behavior for several months now, and has been hiding his true identity and location in his sales with online auction houses "eBay & Yahoo! Auctions" to avoid paying taxes on the sales of the merchandise.
