Subject: Let Me Straighten this out

William Weekly is not a county deputy sheriff. He is on my staff at the Belmont Correctional Institution in Belmont County, Ohio. This is a state agency operated by Ohio DRC. It is not associated with Belmont County, it only happens to be IN Belmont County.

Because I failed to listen to Mr. Parks complaints, he has attempted to file complaints against myself and Corrections Officer Weekly.

As of yesterday afternoon, The following warrant was issued:

� 2917.21 Telecommunications harassment. (3 counts) A misdemeanor of the first degree on a first offense and a felony of the fifth degree on each subsequent offense.

� 4931.31 Threat or harassment in telephone communication prohibited (5 counts) A misdemeanor of the first degree on a first offense and a felony of the fifth degree on each subsequent offense.

This warrant is NOT in the NCIC or OCIC system as of today, however, we are attempting to enter it into the computer before Saturday. The warrant was issued out of Franklin County (Columbus) via the DRC. Due to recent communications, it is believed the subject will be appearing at DRC-Coumbus or at Euclid, OH. Euclid PD has been informed and faxed a copy of the warrant.
