I have receieved many complaints about that territory and will be revoking ownership from Surf Dancer. As for new ownership, the positions on her page would indicate that Ippido is rightful heir, so you will have to discuss it with him. When one of you has made a new territory, please email it to me or post it here or at the business matters board.
