I have noticed how some entire sections are inactive, and frankly need to either be removed or rehabilitated (ooo, my English teacher would be so proud...I'm using one of our voacab words).

May I suggest having an uniformed number of active players needed to a section to continue as part of CM? Just a suggesting, but please think about it.

(OOC: I always have these crazy notions right before bed-time...well, crazier than usual for me. Just a warning, this devoted player of CM aka me will be back with more ideas next time I visit this page.)
