Subject: DOL/Steel Dream/The Queen Of Neutrals

I don't want any king of neutrals position or anything, but I was wondering if you guys needed any help with the managing of the neutral TT...I already have a mate and run my own TT, I am just out to help. The neutrals are a bit...inactive...at times, and I wanted to know what I could do to help. You can altogether refuse my offer or accept it, it matters, but makes no difference to me (make sense?..I would like to help, but it would not change my position any...) Please reply
