Brinkster is fine, so is Geocities, I use Tripod for my RPG, but it isn't as big as this one. Tripod has been good so far. Obviously, the owner of this site knows what he/she is doing, it's smart to go around checking out different providers. This site is probably SO busy that the providers can't handle it. Just be patient, get on in the morning when nobody else is on and you will be fine.
