oh yeah, that will so make a 'best 100 pilot' shows one day...

almost on the same line, i remember a while ago convincing someone that there was a chuckle brother spinoff series, based around their two adopted teenage boys, who had the myriad of troubles of both dealing with botched menial parttime jobs (with hilarious, upredictable consequences), as well as dealing with a bunch of teen angst and non-specific sexualities. Much like a british Smallsville.

also, anyone who gets home early one day should watch the current series of chuckle brothers, which has managed to improve on that already winning formula. Advancing upon simply cleaning and occasional mis-advised demolition work, they became spies for an episode, and made a couple of fantastic nob gags ("do you want to see my credentials?" "ooh no, i don't think *that* will be nessecary")...

seriously good stuff.
