Subject: the gig at the flapper

wellll....
The first 11 seconds of the gig (with Bryn saying ITS YOB TUCK) take up 39 megabytes on my hard drive. She-it. I need serious compression - like a car crusher or something.
So putting the gig up on a website is elementary (yeah, easy) BUT it will probably be pretty massive unless someone out there can tell me how to make 30 mins of video a bit, smaller but without loss of quality. Know what i mean?
