Subject: ralph, broken toes and a gentleman's game

hmmm, last night went well i'm feeling. we were as shambolic as ever but we got our groove on and that's all that really matters right? people probably couldn't see but the reason we were so slow to start is because we were attempting to play chess which i am very very bad at.the first band on, rupert, were good stuff, nicely bolstered by tim grunt. i didn't realy catch the last band though. ralph was good on drums didn't you think? and david j looked swauve in his reverends shirt thing. a valuable lesson learnt is never to kick bar-stools - they are very hard. i think my toe may be broken. the nail has gone a dark blue colour at least. not nice. this was meant to be ashort message to try and prompt some people to leave more messages as the board has been dead for agrs but it's turned into a ramble. so bye for now,

lloyd
