I don't care which one he ends up with just as long as he is happy, first of all, I think he deserves it and it is long overdue, but to examine it a little I would prefere him with Cordy...there is a more mature nature to their relationship, it is developed and has issues. While I understand that other people feel that Angel should be with Buffy because of the intensity with which they began their relationship, the romance and what develop between them as a result of that relationship and whatnot....its over, its in the pass...she (buffy) has his pass, was the "first love" and that is not synomous with only, please(this for the fanatics who think that there can only be one love for him), his first real experience of love and it was all good...come at least everybody has to agree on that...but because they loved one another doesn't mean they were good for each other or will be. Their love was kindof idealistic anyhow...now Cordy has his future and even though she started out kindof bumpy(if indeed it is even the "real" cordy who committed such a harendous act..sleep with the son and all...) I believe there relationship is much more realistic on a board scale and put along side the relationship with Buffy, stand a much better chance of surviving, I believe that she does love him and I believe that he does love her and I also believe that his love for her is just as deep and just as intense as his love for buffy ever was(that might get me some opinions am sure)....but hey a) this is all fiction and conjecture and b) only my humble opinion...don't hold it against me...ciao.
