Subject: Snow globe and hexing!?¿

Hey everybody i need help! does anyone know where to get a snowglobe? and how to hex and i have the compaq computer is the paint shop pro the thing that just says paint in accessories and can u please list the steps to hexing please asap write back it's important :-) thanks!
