When a baby, clothes, or toy is hexed, it means someone took the original version and changed it... let's say you want to hex the milk bottle. You change the colors and stuff, or with a baby, you could give it like four pigtails and orange color eyes and purple skin... whatever you want! Or just change colors, like make a baby with tan skin paler or change their eyes a little lighter, or make their hair blonde. It's actually kinda cool. :)
