The problem is mainly the sound with XP. Download a hexed baby (aka a hexie) and put that in your C:/ Program Files/ Mindscape/ Babyz/ Adopted Babyz folder(this may vary slightly in other computers. Like it might be in the D file instead of C) Then, when the game loads, click on "Options" on the top and then "General Options" Check the "Turn Babyz Sound Off" option and this will keep your game from crashing (most of the time) I know, I run it with XP and it took forever to figure it out.
