you seem to have misquoted what the article said; tom gallen does not have that power. the individual judges are the ones who make that decision. re-read what it said; he (gallen) is 'hoping' judges won't allow him to practice. he doesn't control all the judges and he doesn't control other attorneys who might want to hire fieger to assist. believe you got carried away with your own agenda.
