She stated under oath that Ralf and I went into the bar where she worked and talked about going on the Springer show and that she overheard Ralf and I threaten Nancy. The problem with this testimony is that we only knew 2 days before we were to appear on the show. The show called us 10:30 on a Thursday night andd we left for the airport around 3:00am on Sunday morning. The only time we could have been at the bar was earlier that Saturday night and we were buzy getting ready to leave for the show. Also in her first statements to the police and in her depostions she stated that I left Ralf there and then Nancy came and picked him up. If we tricked her how would this be possible? In her earlier statements there is also no mention of Markus being there. Only after she was told that Markus would have been there did she change her story. Frank Kiefer also lied about conversations that he had with Ralf. Ralf never discusses his private life with work associates. The bartender and bar maid both changed their story from the original statements to the police and the earlier depositions. Before the trial they were in agreement that Ralf was very drunk, but come court day and they are then saying that Ralf was not drunk. Markus lied about much of what occurred that day. He was very angry at Nancy and blamed Ralf for the troubles. Early reports about the jury stated that some were in favor of not guilty, but I believe they were bullied into voting guilty. There was so much reversible error in this trial that the conviction will be thrown out. Oh yes, Nancy's co-worker, it was shown that she purjured herself but her testimony was allowed to stand. There has never been any proof beyond Nancy's allegations that Ralf was violent. And Nancy never called the police during any of these so called violent episodes. But she had no problem in running to the court with her complaints when she wanted control of a situation. Let me know if you have any other questions. I will be happy to answer any that I can.
