Depends on who "all" is. I can't answer for anyone else here. Just for myself.

I could not possibly say which players, if any, in this trial lied. I wasn't there when Nancy died. I can't even give you a gut-impression because CTV denied us seeing the trial.

I did point out that someone coming to the forum with the sole purpose of slinging mud at Eleanor and her credit rating was less than accurate in their statements. This does lend some credibility to Eleanor and what she says.

I will admit, it's difficult to believe that so many people would be in collusion to send an innocent man to prison. However, I have personal knowledge of just such a thing happening in another case, so I cannot say it's impossible. You would be amazed to know how easily this could happen. All you really need is one or two people with authority to have an agenda. They might not even have the SAME agenda. There are many ways to manipulate evidence in a trial. From withholding pertinent information from medical examiners and "experts" to actually exerting pressure on witnesses to change their stories to having one of the players following a Hollywood script for a movie being made about the case.

While this case is completely different from the one I speak of, without credible evidence to the contrary I can't completely discount Eleanor's beliefs either.
