The evidence in the case points to the fact that Ralf was leaning against the fence and did not renter the house. Secondly, his intoxication level and behavior evidenced the fact that he physically could not behave in an aggressive manner. The footprints clearly point out another person was in the house. The hand print is of the person who was there. Why was that hand print not investigated?

Could Nancy of had a heart attack, fallen to the ground and then been hit in the face? Could Nancy have attacked the person in the house provoking the person to a violent encounter?

Geoff Feiger stated more evidence is available pointing to the fact that Marcus was in the house with probable cause and motive for the conviction. Why was Ralf convicted? Was it because of the publicity from the Jerry Springer show?
Was it because of the influence of the Prosecuter?

As Elli's posts reads the court process is in question with purged testimony, 350 bench arguments, objections by Geoff denied by the judge with a bias in favor of the prosecution ....shadowed evidence by the prosecution ...

An appeal is necessary and I believe the person in the house out of conscience will come forward with the truth.

I believe Marcus will return to Germany after sentencing.
