Diva, I'm going to hazard a guess here regarding how long it will be before trial. My guess is NEVER. I think that a lot of this rhetoric is just plain old posturing on both sides. I don't really believe this judge has enough to warrant a trial - as previously said, Fieger didn't say these (alleged) remarks during the trial; if he said them at all it was after the trial was over. Recall that no comments were made by either side during the trial to the press. Thank CTV for that or we would have heard plenty!!

It seems to me as a lay person, that once the trial is over, and the jury has rendered a verdict, ANYONE, including the jurors, can say ANYTHING they wish to to the press or anybody else. That also goes for attorneys, and on-lookers.

The judge may not have liked what he said, the former jurors may not have liked what he said (think O.J.), but by God there is no law against calling it the way you see it and I think this is just a lot of hoopla. What are they going to charge him with, hurting somebody's feelings?

Give it a rest judge (you too, Geoff). Surely, you both have more important issues to attend to.
