There are even more emails on our computer, but the sates attorneys office still will not release the computer to me. They say they might need it in a new trial. They did not use it the last time because there was nothing on it that could help their case. But there are things that could help Ralf, and even the Springer show for that matter. Maybe the show could supeona the contents of the hard drive for their defense? There is nothing new on Ralf's appeal. These things take time. The transcripts are not even ready yet. Remember there is 3 weeks of trial to transcribe, with all those bench conferences that we did not get to hear. We should have an attorney in another month or two and hopefully the transcripts will be ready for the appeal. Meanwhile Ralf is doing fine. He is in the panhandle of the state. The prison has tennis courts, handball courts, an full weight room, plus softball teams, basketball, etc. Ralf is in the prison band and is playing the guitar which he loves. I should be able to visit in just a few weeks. We can hang in there until a new trial.
