 hmm, curious why there is no news on if the Springer trial will be forced into arbitration by the judge... last news article said they'd decide within 2 weeks and we are well past that point.

Also no news on if the Fieger VS Judge lawsuit will go forward, and if it will stay in Detroit or move to Florida.

What's up with this stuff? Anyone in Florida hear anything on these two cases lately?
