I could leave updates on how Ralf and I are doing personaly, but that always seems to cause negative responses. Nothing can be done on the appeal until the court reporters office finishes the transcription. They have until October the 31st to finish the transcript, and file the copies with the appelate court. If anyone wants to email me I will share with them how Ralf and I are doing. I just don't want to start off another spate of hostility on the forum because we are still optimistic. I say that I will be moving up closer to Ralf at the end of November. I have been driving the 850 mile round trip every weekend to see him. The visits have been wonderful.
