 Ralf finally has an appeals lawyer. Her name is Judith Ellis, and she is from St Pete, Fl. Her brief for the court will be ready to file by the end of Feb and then the state has another 60 days to file a rebuttal brief. After both briefs have been filed the court will then make its rulling. We hope to have a decision by May or June.
