On her show Friday, Catherine Crier asked "will Eleanor Panitz also be a witness for the prosecution during the trial?" and the guest lawyers said they did not know.

This does not make sense to me. If you were going to be witness for the prosecution, wouldn't you be testifying against Ralf then?

Maybe I'm missing something by her question.
