 Sorry I meant to write last night but I was too tired. Charlie Roberts still won't let me in the courtroom. He is being such an ass. So I sit outside and wave at Ralf. My updates come from Ralf when he calls in the evening and from Geoff's team. So far it is going well, but Roberts is still trying as hard as he can to make the frame-up stick. Today the bartender's from Keegen's changed their testimony to say that Ralf was not drunk even though all their earlier statements say he was. They have admitted that Roberts told them not to talk to Geoff, and they have been coached by the prosecution. Geoff is fililng formal complaints with the attorney general for witness tampering. Tomorrow Geoff is putting Ralf on the stand. I'm going to throw a temper tantrum if I can't be in the courtroom. Closing arguements should be Monday and hopefully a verdict soon after. As for the footprints under the body, they cannot be identified. The only clear ones are the ones stamped around the body. Judge Dunnelon keeps allowing hearsay testimony for the prosecution but is givivng Geoff a hard time. She does not want evidence in that shows that Nancy has lied under oath many times. They are trying so harde to railroad Ralf. Many of the people who are watching the trial have made comments that they believe Ralf is innocent and that ROberts is wrong to keep trying to convict him. Hope the jury feels the same way. Keenie and the baby came this afternoon and Geoff brought them into court and introduced them. Judge Dunnellon was barely civil to them. What a cold woman. Geoff's little boy is so cute. Next week Ralf should be able to make comments and answer questions here. I'm looking forward to having my husband back. We have not been able to even touch for over 600 days now.
