Geoff was spectacular in that he reasoned with the truth. That is to say that Ralf is innocent util proven guilty by creditable evidence. He went on to share that there is very little evidence that proves his guilt: The nineteen foot prints and the minute DNA that would match with 100,000 thousand people. He mentioned Henry Lee stating that with the circumstances of the crime scene it would be impossible to say that Ralf murdered Nancy. Geoff stated more evidence points to the fact that Marcus is the man, and the prosecution manipulated evidence with Charlie Roberts acting as the detective as opposed to reporting evidence to prove that Ralf committed a murder. Conjecture, sensationilizing emotions, and shadowed evidence is the trademark of Charlie Roberts approach to this case. Geoff equated Charlie's closing remarks to that of a dime store soap opera attacking Ralf's character. Geoff was well prepared and delivered the closing remarks with a convincing, passionate and creditable demeanor. He represented all of us in that court room. Yes, every man's right to a trial presenting creditable evidence as the tool to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that a man or woman is innocent or guilty. Geoff will be submitting complaints to the attorney general's office after the trial in regard to the prosecution. It's been a privledge to be in the court room with Geoff as Ralf's defense attorney.
