i can lead alot quests, also i am always open to quest which i didn�t make before.
all i want is that the ones who wanna go are full restocked and full of components. i don�t wanna hear 'doh, need a blue taper...' 5 minutes after we started!!!
iff someone is not prepared it was the last time i take him/her on a quest, no kidding!!!
and also i want all to read the quest guide BEFORE we start, better read it 2 times.
good example was my last fire-stone trip. we have been way too many people, and the self called leader didn�t even know the coords. after all people told me to be the leader the desaster continued because 10 of the 15 people didn�t listen to my advises, and it was very difficult because the waiting people made smalltalk which made the chat to the peeps behind very difficult.
iff we make a quest together we will make a fellowship, so NEVER call me in private chat, will confuse me and difficult to respond. also iff you have nothing to say about the quest: be quiet please!!! we can talk about the weather when quest is done :-)
btw, end of fire-stone was myself at 174% burden because of stuff from 6 persons looted, and only 5 people got the stone. the 5 that listened to me, so always listen to the leader iff the quest is hard for you!!!
also look at the group that iff you don�t know the people. iff the leader is low in lvl on a non lvl-restricted quest t doesen�t matter that he has a lvl 486 mage when he plays his lvl 3 archer, no matter how good he knows the quest ;)
